Prom King & Queen
Who are the Prom King & Queen?
The honor of Prom King and Queen is to recognize two students who have exemplified the qualities of a SGHS student. The King and Queen should be two people who have been actively involved in their school community, who demonstrate good character in their daily interactions at South, and who express pride in being a Comet.
Who can be Prom King & Queen?
The Prom King or Queen must be a senior, have good academic standing (not failing) and NO disciplinary action during their senior year for character-related issues (i.e. fighting, class disruption, etc).
How does Voting take place?
Nominations take place electronically. Voting will occur in person at the prom. Only one vote per King & Queen is permitted. Further details are forthcoming.
